Taliyah is inspiring a new ban phase meta

This is, unfortunately true.

I often have to hover a different champion and then lock Taliyah after the bans, or my own team will remove her from the pool.

Nobody likes having new champions even available in Ranked for the first patch. Weak or strong, they're always banned.

You mean the same ban rate meta that's been here for previous several years of banning away a new champ so your team doesn't screw up as them?

I went 4-0-15 in a ranked game with full-tank jungle Taliyah. She kinda feels like a less tanky, more mobile Nautilus.

Yep...and i hate that since i have been doing quite good with her as support and want to keep at it.

Mid, i skip over her and pick Zyra or Syndra (or the loveable and fun Azir XD) or i go Xerath.
