Galio buff idea

Correct me if I am wrong, but Galio needs a tiny buff to enhance his performance relative to other champions. I feel like his q might be a good place to focus that buff.

Currently, Galio’s Q produces two air buffets that travel at opposing arcs and meet at a terminal point. At the terminal point, the two buffets create a cyclone that causes moderate damage over time.

I propose that Galio can re-cast his Q at the terminal cyclone stage of the ability to end the damage cyclone, and, in exchange, cause a Janna-style knock-up that briefly cc enemies. Further, the knock up effect could briefly leech some of the enemies’ MR into Galio.
