She needs to look more elegant. The sex Characters like Eve, Ahri and Kaisa are doing a great job. She can still look beautiful, just less like a stripper and more like "the most powerful champion in Ionia."

No, and I doubt it anytime soon, unless she get's EZ'd, but she is not nearly popular enough for that.
She’s one of those champions like Elise, that riot just wont allow to be playable. Because as soon as they become playable, they are Gods in pro play.
I like her, I am also really bad with her so I don't play her a lot.

She def needs some visual updating. Hell, Dark Star Karma's particle effects are just mini Dark Spheres. Everyone else that manipulates orbs such as 
and even Dark Star 
are all much better looking. Syndra lacks personality, but hey, she's still fun to play.
Unfortunately I don’t think she’s on Riot’s radar for any work at all, which is a shame as I think she could really benefit from an Ezreal style VGU
I tried playing a couple of games with her. Ult is sorta fun.
