No, and I doubt it anytime soon, unless she get's EZ'd, but she is not nearly popular enough for that.

So I want to preface this by stating that Syndra is my 2nd favorite champion in the game. I criticize both her and Shyvana purely out of love of the champions.

Starting from the top she has the glorious chest hole to show off he boobs. If we are being "elegant" this needs to be covered. Syndra is sexy enough without showing off her girls.
The next to red squares are her belts these are purely cosmetic and serve no purpose to her attire. It's hard to see on this image, but Syndra is essentially wearing a 1 piece bikini with belts on her stomach. Who wears one piece bikinis other than swimmers?

You're right shes not, a mini skirt would be MORE coverage than what she has. This image portrays a ring as it was pre-concept art, but instead the 1 piece bikini just keeps going to her crotch while still showing off her hips. The drape-things on her sides are no a skirt or dress, they are 2 pieces attached to her bikini. How they cover her butt is beyond me.
As you can see Syndra is essentially wearing a thong. and those butt plates are defying physics.

Side note she has finger claws, which is some more physics defying stuff.
A quick fix is to touch on all the areas I stated. Cover her chest, connect her dress to the drape things and have the skirt go down to just above her knees to stay sexy or slightly over to be more elegant. The pauldrons, arms and headdress and fine.

IDK what you mean by that. Are you trying to imply that I label all good looking women of league as sex sells? First off don't get facts mixed with your emotions. I was doing an analysis and stating facts.
The fact is Syndra was indeed designed under the premise of sex sells. That's why she has a perfect bust beautiful thighs and gorgeous lips. That's also why she shows cleavage and that's also why shes wearing that ... thong drape thing. There is no denying that and I'm assuming that the real reason you don't wish to proceed.
Are all champions that are not under this premise. They are all beautiful and cute in their own way. They also wear "more" practical attire fitting to both combat or their theme.
Syndras clothes are not practical in any scenario, they also do not fit the Ionia theme.
Are good examples of what that theme is.
A very similar champion that suffers from this "Syndr"ome. :))))))))))))))))) is Leblanc. Leblanc was supposed to be sexy, she was supposed to remind you of a magicians assistant, who more often than not, are on the erotic side of attire. She is now a Noxian big wig. Could you imagine the next female president wearing what LB wears? (I'll tell you how she got into office lol)

I think you identified what is bothering me about her concept - she is really lacking character. When I imagine an empress of a fantasy Asian setting, she doesn’t really embody the nobility or sophistication one would expect. I think I also agree with another person that her design was more focused on sexualizing the character than really realizing a compelling, cohesive concept.
Also, the white hair, conceptually, does not bother me. Rather, it’s her entire concept, working together that I am not fond of.
She deserves something more haughty and more regal.
