CUSTOMIZATION OF THE NEW HUD

Allow customization of your HUD like allot of games do. Allow us to drag things on our HUD around. Allow us to make certain things bigger and leave the rest the same. Allow us to do our personal preferences. Maybe I want my minimap in the center of my screen. Maybe I want it when I click on an enemy champ their ap isn't smaller than the FPS counter in the farthest corner of the screen. Just a thought.
