Ah Leblanc didn't need a Rework but some tweaks, Gratz Riot Leblanc reached 50% Winrate

50% Winrate is basically the most Balanced State Leblanc has ever reached in her history. Thanks riot for finally fixing Leblanc after all these years.

She has a 53.72% at platinum+. She has one of the highest winrates. Pretty sure that means she's doing way better than balanced. http://champion.gg/champion/Leblanc/Support?league=platplus

me today in champ-select:

"mmmh what should I ban? I am so indifferent" "meh I´ll just ban vlad. He annoys me" "but somehow I have this lurking feeling that I have forgotten something....."

---> Enemy locks in Leblanc

"Fuuuuuuck"

We said gg at the end of the game, but I can assure you. This was no good game for me.
