lvl 2 leblanc clear is not okay
she should not be able to clear a wave at lvl 2 she is an assassin not a wave clear mage, why giove her the ability to clear back minions? it makes 0 sense

Why not? She is a assassin who excels in the early game. Part of that is being able to clear the wave and roam. She has a much healthier playstyle than before and if she uses her abilities to clear the wave then she is open for harrasement cause all her abilities are on moderate cooldowns.

And she can't W back instantly. Just shoot her in the face. Or aim for her return pad.

Since when is a champion's ability to kill minions a benchmark for their strength?
Minions resistances are weak AF compared to champion damage, especially the damage that mages put out from their abilities. .. and that is even further emphasized by combo abilities.
And shoving her lane at level 2 is actually not all that much of a good thing for LeBlanc to do anyways. She wants to kill you or push you out of your lane early. Shoving you back under your tower is not a good way to do that.
p.s. I can feel the argument coming that she shouldn't be able to kill 'multiple' minions.
It's an AOE ability that marks all units damaged, which is then followed up by a single-target ability that spreads to all marked targets. ... It is designed for wave clear.
