as bad as you say you have it in your division...
You'll never have people show up to your ranked games having never played the champ they are playing, and have zero runes and masteries.
thats the bronze hell right there. be jelly!
I'll deal with the occasional booster in plat anyday over the guy that comes into a game and says "just hit 30, what are runes?"
wish riot would implement a check system before people can joined ranked. would lead to much less toxic games.
its been suggested before, but gone exactly nowhere....much like the pleas to not release xin from PBE without fixing him first =(
