Leblanc's passive has too much damage.

As many high elo players know, leblanc is ridiculously strong and is the strongest mid laner right now. Riot knows this and is nerfing her E and Q damage. However, this isn't really going to do anything because her E isn't used for damage, its used to proc her ridiculously high damage passive. A good nerf would be to reduce her passive damage by 10% in addition to the current nerfs.

I don't think you realize why they're nerfing her e/q. Her passive is now her only way to burst. She is labeled as an assassin and is suppose to nuke someone down and have a difficult time getting out. And if you think her passive damage in lane is the reason she hurts, its not. Its her q amplify. The Q has an increase of 120% damage and is the reason that she's viable at this point. Leblanc is in a good spot currently and should not be touched.
