Jinx with Stormrazor+Runaans isn't healthy comparatively to the ADC changes

One AoE 200% Crit damage attack with one of the highest AD ratios for a basic attack doesn't match the nerf to single-target crit ADCs.

I believe runaans should be oriented towards on-hit characters like Teemo, Kayle, Kalista, Kog'maw, and Varus but Jinx should be more single-target with her AoE only coming from her rocket and splash attacks.

I don't mind compensation buffs but it would respect other ADCs and the ADC change.

dude, she is an immobile, that does lots of damage, and cant build any defensive items if she wants to keep up. Why nerf the literal ONLY THING she does well? And seeing as we are going into the assassin meta she wont be doing that anymore either.

Runaans shouldn't exist. The point of picking mages was ranged AOE. Marksmen were single target or had built-in abilities for AOE. The old balance team was way better and Runaans was a noob trap (Kayle and Teemo were the only champions that could use it).

Dude runnans has basically been made for jinx, then even made it so it shots multiple rockets JUST on her.

Its not something "not intended", in fact jinx is the most inteded user of the item ever.

And shes not that great right now, around 49% wr with the crit nerfs.
