Holy crap! These minion changes are TERRIBLE!
Who in their right mind thought this was a good idea? Honestly, what is wrong with LoLs balance team? Have they ever played this game before? It definitely doesn't seem that way.

Ever think about the fact that this will make it easier for the losing side to keep freezes going for longer so that gold is obtainable without having to put yourself in danger for it? No, you didn't. Which is why you started this stupid thread.
Freezing will do absolutely nothing in this situation. First, if you do, your lane is just going to roam and apply pressure elsewhere. Second, if EVERY lane is being pushed without the other team it frees them up to take objectives and snowball even harder. What this essentially does is punish you for losing and make any chance of a comeback impossible.

Then don't lose? When exactly did this community start thinking that wins should be guaranteed at all times?
Uh ... I don't know what you're reading but no one ever said that. And "not losing" is easier said than done when you have 0/10 Bard Top on your team.
k, then make game decided by first blood. easy. how many of you silvers wanna play like that?
I don't even understand why this is being downvoted. If you were already losing this doesn't really change much. Chances are they were going to be able to roam around for other objectives regardless.
There are 2 possible outcomes just as before only imho they are exaggerated. The team that is winning wins faster (thank god? fuck 50+min games) Or, the losing team has farm being safely pushed to their turret to farm waves and try to catch up with items.
Regardless, the team whos winning early statistically should have a better chance of winning later due to the gold advantage. (Team comps can say other wise, but generally this holds true)
Care to explain why instead of just stating so?
It penalizes you really hard for losing even slightly and makes a comeback impossible. S6 will be the "safe meta" because everyone will be too afraid to play aggressive with increased death timers and super snowbally minions. This is a terrible direction to take the game in. If you lose before 20 there will be no point in continuing to play. This will make "open mid" a lot worse and makes late game champions completely irrelevant. You either win the early game or you don't win at all.
Edit: Just throwing a hypothetical situation out there. Having even one bad player or feeder on your team will heavily and negatively affect your team more than ever. You know that guy that's raging because he didn't get his role? Now him feeding and losing lane doesn't just affect him, it carries over to EVERYONE by empowering the minions in other lanes. Good luck trying to win now.
I can't say I disagree, but I don't nessecarily agree. I do think it will force winning teams to be aggressive instead of only taking the safest opportunities, since you won't be able to freeze lanes when ahead.
I will agree that these changes have the potential to be terrible. It'll be hard to say until we play it.
Yeah the minion changes are pretty out there, no more freezing the wave, it won't bounce back and reset to you, losing teams will need to constantly send someone to deal with the waves even if no one on the enemy team even set up a slow push, lane management is completely one sided, and you can't set up a counter slow push to try to swing back a losing game. No idea why they would want to change this, it's pretty limiting in terms of strategy, will probably get changed before the start of the season I would think.
We can only hope.
