Please explain to me the time frame in which you MUST (because giving away blue before 10 minutes is mandatory) give blue to your mid. I just experienced an Anivia who decided to feed because the jungler on my team gave her blue 3 minutes too late, which caused him/her to lose lane (even though no tower was destroyed) and caused him/her to be unable to come back. Before 10 minutes this happened. Do people just WANT to lose in this community, or do they all behave like spoiled 2 year olds?

You don't HAVE to give blue at all.

And yes, some people act like spoiled 2 year olds.

And I bet that anivia went rod into tear and was surprised she is weak early (because anivia must be OP, xpeke plays it!!! )
