So i was looking at (master tier) Kat Life's guide for Kat and noticed that he was running [on page 1] 9 red Magic pen, 9 blue magic pen, 9 scaling hp yellow, and 3 quints of magic pen. (216 hp at 18, 19.5 magic pen) and another page (meant for early game because all she needs is a bit of ad early to be strong ) with 3 AD quints, 9 blue magic pen, 2 ad red, 7 magic pen reds, and 9 scaling hp yellows?
