jhin likes ad/crit items. I'm quite fond of first item ER because he doesn't have attack speed scalings. cleaver not so much, his damage is in short bursts by the time the cleaver will have reset, though it's a very fun item I'll give you that.

item 3087 it offers good wave clear and AoE damage potential in teamfights item 3812 heals you for all AD you deal and the bleed allows you to stay alive a second longer in fights item 3508 late game its only good for its 30% cdr which you can reach thanks to the shiv's crit chance which lets you spam abilities more often item 3006 good ms from crits and offers a slight damage increase item 3031 no reason not to get this

item 3071 your problem is THIS thing... 20% cdr.. you already get the full 40% from your other items phage passive: item 3078 is better since Jhin is an AD caster armor pen: can only remove 5% armor per hit, having 4 shots makes it hard to full utilize it and item 3033 item 3036 offer better damage against tanks plus is good against healers and sustain champs

Essence is best as first item if you're aiming for lategame. Youmuu's is better if you're aiming for early snowball and ending before lategame.

(Format will be first line is for lategame, second is for early, in order generally, excluding boots) Infinity Edge Duskblade

At this point, lategame build is far stronger. ER+IE is one of the, if not the , strongest two-item spike on just about any champion. The only reason to keep GB+DB would be if you snowballed hard enough to be crushing everyone anyways at this point.

Rapidfire Cannon Rapidfire Cannon

Any of the Zeal items except Runaan's (or Last Whisper if lots of armor-heavy). Shiv is a really good one for waveclear. PD is decent for survivability + pure stats. Infinity Edge

More Zeal items or one of the two LW items if necessary LDR usually, MR if sustain-heavy

Cleaver and Death's Dance are just bad on Jhin. Berserker's isn't as optimal due to his locked AS and it only scaling into AD, so I'd rather go Swifty's or Merc's for more survivability/movement.

Cleaver is bad on Jhin because he attacks so slowly. replace it with one of last whispers.
