A minor interface change for Karma

When she uses her R, Mantra, ability icons change to empowered spell icons. However, spell names don't change, make it so that when you hover mouse on empowered Q you see "Soulflare" instead of "Inner Flame" etc. Very little chnage but other spell names change like this, why not ?
