Is there a glitch with rune pages?

I have been finding one of my rune pages change the secondary sorcery slots to red exclamation points with no runes attached (as if they were removed due to a change or something.) They are Celerity and Scorch. Luckily I caught that before those matches so I was able to add them in again. Sucks because now I'm paranoid this might be happening more in the future. Something I'm missing here or is it glitching out?

Anyone? This keeps happening and I would like to know if there's a fix for it. I don't feel like I should be having to check my runes before every damn match and truthfully I don't remember to do it.

Yeah there is. I ran out of time when trying to change mine — however when I checked in game, they were fine..
