Bard's W shrine should instantly get full charge if hit by his ulti or placed under an ally in stasis.

He almost never gets to use his charged W outside of laning.

This is a good idea. I was thinking maybe at a certain amount of chimes collected he gets that buff to his W at max level. His W just isn't worth anything after 15-20 minutes into the game except for the small movement speed buff. I totally agree that something should be done to his W, even if it's not what is stated above just to make Bard 's kit whole outside of lane.

This is a much better idea. His heal is pretty underwhelming from mid-late game. Like chimes could increase his instant healing so it's gets better through the game as he collects chimes,while leaving his placed heals the same.

I get his charged w off quite a bit out of laning phase. Just have to place it correctly.
