Riot, what about Karthus?

Since Karthus is very lacking right now with one of the lowest win rates in the mid lane, I was wondering what plans you have for him in the mage update. None of the items seem to be very synergizing with his kit, and it seems that the introduction of Hextech Rocket Belt will make his job even harder than before. Have you guys planned anything for the Deathsinger?

it's kind of annoying that they've given us radio silence on Karthus after his nerf from out of left field

even more when they decided Viktor , their healthiest mage, was more deserving of a touch-up

pleas don't mention that it hurts to much. Just like how Velkoz Malzahar got picked over him.
