And also, there are rewards now.

I think that's part of the point. I also don't agree that people don't earn it. There's typically atleast one good teammate I like in my games.

Also, if you're an asshole that no one enjoys playing with you don't get honored at all (before you might have gotten the occasional honor when your teammates honored everyone after a win) and still get reported, WHILE those who are good to play with now will get honored more than before (because as you said people skipped it often before).
