Not the good way of nerf ! They need to destroy the damn mana ratio of His Q so they can stop abuse kleptomancy top with iceborn gauntlet and get massive retarded shield on a low cooldown and make it impossible to kill him while he deal a huge shrunk of damage for freaking no reason... because ICEBORN HAVE ZERO AP.

EDIT: He will still rush iceborn and klepto because the source of the problem remain untouched... the MANA RATIO.

Iceborn still has the sheen proc. Besides, it looks like that change alone dropped his top win rate down 2% to a more reasonable 50-51% - https://lolalytics.com/ranked/worldwide/platinum/plus/champion/Viktor/Top/

He is still played and still frustrating to face, even for ranged .

I feel you. Quinn literally can't do anything against a moderately well-played Viktor right now, much less a good one. His entire kit just counters hers, 1v1 and in teamfights, and if Quinn can't stick to him no one can, except maybe a very well played Olaf/Irelia/Graves.

Viktor Q range is higher than my base attack range. Him taking klepto make sure he will get his faster than me and the fact that he took item 2033 item 2009 item 1082 and Warp tonic on top of it, make it impossible to trade with him, as he get massive Q shield, thanks to the damn mana ratio...
