Supps with Twitch

Twitch has no sustain, no hard cc, no follow up on an engage(pre lvl6) & no burst damage. With that said, unless the twitch knows his match ups and is a twitch main. Id say janna is the best support since he'll pretty much have to farm passively until the jg comes to gank. Her peel and shield compliment twitch's downsides

is a really good one, if you like playing Twitch aggressively. Stealth in, out of sight of the enemy, and pop up next to the enemy ADC. Braum jumps to you, and protects you from retaliation, and Twitch's boosted AS proc Concussive Blows really quickly.

Zilean is a niche sup pick that can work well with twitch. (Although I think janna is best. Possibly independent of adc.)

He can speed up twitch during stealth and/or for escapes, and even send a bomb on a stealthed twitch for some sneaky burst. Plus post 6 zil ult means people often have to deal with twitch twice, which is especially scary once he's fed and his ult is melting people.

janna and nami are great for twitch, mostly because they can save his bacon. other engage types like leona and other immobiles like soraka who have no way to get out when things go south are pretty bad. because the enemy team is just going to go ham, and because of twitchs poor early game its going to be a very difficult lane for twitch.
