@Riot Context on the Shen Q healing nerfs?

I know the nerf is small, but I want to know if there was a specific reason behind it. Are we getting a hint as to what will be coming in the Shen rework? Or is this about the new items?

We think Shen's a bit strong at the moment. We also think he does some cool stuff, particularly with his E and ult. The way he can just end up as an immovable wall in lane in some matchups however's less interesting, so that's where we're cutting power as a result

When he is getting his rework ? Will he get login screen with music ? It would be awesome

Are you experimenting with nerf areas at the moment or do you think a 1-2 HP per second nerf on his base healing will curb his power enough?

The eternal Shen balancing ...

I mean, it's either "Buff Shen" or "Nerf Shen" like a lot of other champions, they never hit the perfect balance because every time a champion rises from the 40-45% winrate to 50+, they're instantly murdered with a huge hammer.

Shen doesn't need a nerf. He's like a lot of champions, when the proper meta comes for him, he rises. But if you nerf him and if the meta changes, he'll disappear, like always
