Captain Aishi5 votes'buffs' is a strange way to say 'gutted into unplayability' His Q does 0 damage even with the blade and is now easy to dodge, he can't autoattack anything anymore, his W has basically been removed from the game, his E has been bugfixed(which nerfs him but w/e) and his ult has been nerfed, but hey, it fears creeps (in the domain of who gives a fuck ability, it takes the crown)
