Basically first thing that came to my mind when I saw the post on S@20 was: "Why is her nose so red?"
Just a minor thing, but it bugs me like pre-nerfed Kha'Zix.
Plus, I can't see what was the problem with her hair being red. Revert please!

I REALLY preffered her former splash. She doesn't look at all the same and well...isn't cute.

Her nose is a little bit red, but they can always tone that down a bit if it's too strong.

I like it, I just wished they had kept the split cape, it just added to her elegance.
Honestly her face looks like it was pulled from a stereotypical evil female from a Disney movie.
The evil stare, the elongated chin, I just really can't get behind this and take it seriously.
Sad because her kit is pretty good overall, but the splash art cooooooould have been better.

It is extremely stylized, even more so than most recent splashes.

The greatest losses in the new splash are her hair and the stained glass in the background, her hair being the primary thing that needs to be changed. As for her face I see why you think it's a little too red, looking at it it looks like maybe she started with a very pale face and then had colour added so she looked like she was a bit more active, I think toning it down to a lighter shade would help with that.
Looking at the background I don't think the stained glass can be redone without changing the whole atmosphere, but I think making the banners a bit nicer could raise the quality of the splash, the fuzziness of the banners kind of clashes with Fiora herself being very defined.
i don't mind her cheek bones, but that hair HAVE to go!
