Why are there chinese players in just about every other game?

Has anyone else experienced an abnormally HIGH amount of chinese people in their games? They don't speak english AT all, insult in their language, and are extremely hard to communicate with in solo Q/If they even choose to communicate at all. Why are there so many all of a sudden (not racist, just wondering if its just me)

How do you know it's an insult in their language?

From my experience, they usually play in groups/duos and there's generally one person of the group that speaks/understands a little of what youre asking and they tell you in broken english.
