Remember how incredibly annoying and toxic top was to play against? Ranged, slippery, deals tons of damage, has a slow and a speed boost, hard to gank, completely counters almost every champion top? . Riot, you literally spent something like half a season trying to get ranged people out of top because of stuff like Quinn and Lulu top ruining the lane for bruisers and tanks, and then you go and make another Lulu except with %HP shred, an escape, and a really overloaded kit. As a guy who really loves his tanky melee tops, you're killing me, Riot.
