i have a serious discussion about Brand

Not to mention anything or arguing he is not my fan champion but i have some ideas for him.

Since he is the only Burning Champion. I feel like he should have an Ultimate that does Single target % True damage scales with ap because the Idea of Bouncing seems like it's a mix of his E and Q he already has Projectile Q and a bouncing E ability why he needs an ultimate that looks like a mix of Q and E? A Single Target Ultimate for him that does % true damage and makes it like he unleashes a heavy flames on the target that burns the entire body of the enemy champion for % of its hp scales with ap for 3 -4 duration

It's a change to His ultimate because it'll feel like a real burning champion cuz league doesn't have that sort of ultimate since brand the only burning champ he deserves it tho i am not fan of brand
