personally I think he feels amazing now his wave clear is hilarious and his fight potential is in a very sweet spot of not op but feels like you do something I think he's the best he's been in awhile good job riot! if I did have one gripe his ult feels a bit to short and a bit to long to cast it feels like I'm on a short leash and in the time it woulda took to run to the two points is almost the same but that's just me
people say he is strong and he is but now i think hes balanced cos his root on your full dmg combo is only 1 sec and now relies on hitting your q's which are dodgeable, they kept the spam but removed the perma snare which i always thought was hilarious but sad because i loved playing ryze but i hated when he was considered op i just wanted to play the champ for his constant doing "something kit" and now he still has that without the perma snare and garenteed Q hits.
2s point and click root at lvl 2 ,insane dmg ,insane wave clear ,his early game now is really strong ,wich scales into late game hyper carry...fuck this champ.
I think hes slightly on the too much damage/not long enough cast times to see what he's doing side of things. I like his kit and interactions, but he seems a bit overbearing. I would anticipate him getting a slight nerf here and there for the next few patch cycles until he levels out. Double Q damage on targets with flux is a bit crazy. Reducing his Q down to 5 ranks and bumping his ult to 3 ranks could help some of this.
