Yeah because the three rabadons and two Seraphs with a Mejia's is practical
it doesn't need to be practical... it needs not be possible.
he doesnt need to have it at 124%
currently he has it at 10-18% even doubling that to 40% would be an absolutely absurd buff in comparision

Not only that but, notice how a 800+ damage w barely effects the health of squishy champs like veig and zed, even at max lvl with one offensive mr item it shoul still do at least a quarter of their hp
