Can Morellonomicon get grievous at all times
Is there a reason why AP users cannot get grievous wounds at all times? Now that it has been retooled specifically to be anti-sustain, why is AP punished to not be able to use it until opponents are more than half-dead already? Ever tried to get a cho down to 40% life in-lane?
