Stop making excuses and just admit you have some things to learn
Rank honestly isn't that bad when you learn more about the game. I am baffled right now how I struggled with ranking through silver for so many years.
Holy hell the amount of mistakes in gold 4 - low silver is incredible. I can't even imagine how terrible silver 3 to bronze is. And this is coming from some a scrub whose main account is stuck jumping between gold 2 and 3 lmfao. Even at my shit rank I realize I have no idea how to jungle and my adc skills are lack luster. Yet I can afk farm 60-70% of the community without hardly thinking. Granted that has not really translated into wins lately since I basically just zone out from bordem on this account and tilt of the annoying dumb shit my team does to where I join in and help throw the game. Its fine its not my main account I don't have to care that much. But honestly if you are playing ranked and you want to rank up then it should be easy to focus on winning.
I am fully convinced right now to get into gold all you really need to be able to do is have very basic mechanics and macro play and just not follow your team into the countless retarded situations they will get them selves in. The amount of people running into poor team fight situations in low silver is incredible. Then they bitch about "my team is holding me back" lmfao.
It doesn't matter what rank you are if you are struggling with it then you must be around your actual rank and you have to get better to continue to rank up. Then once you do you will look back 1 day and realize "o wow that wasn't that bad after all".
Like back when I couldn't get out of silver I used to think "not sure how people can't get out of bronze since getting out of bronze is easy". Now I think "not sure how people can't get out of silver". Meanwhile people will laugh at me (believe me I am laughing too) thinking "how you stuck in gold since gold = easy". Then a smaller portion think "plat easy" and even a smaller portion think "diamond easy" etc. up to the few people in challenger thinking "master is easy".
Rank is all in the eye of the beholder. Elo hell or what ranks are considered good all change depending on who you ask at that person's perspective. So stop using excuses to justify your shortcomings and either accept your rank or focus on getting better and laugh at those you leave behind as you rank up.
