Can we do something about feeders in ranked?

If we not going to ban people for feeding or at least intentionally feeding can we at least hit their accounts with mmr penalties so they drop mmr and rank much faster? I get people have bad games but there has to be some sort of limit. If you are completely getting out played so bad you feed your ass off so hard it looks like your intentionally trying to lose their has to be a problem. And that is either 1. you are intentionally trying to lose and should be punished. Or 2. your actual skill level is much lower and you should be a lower rank. I don't see how there can be any arguments against this.

Yesterday I decided to play with duo with a buddy on this account. Now I am not great at the game or anything hell my main is silver 2 right now. But played with my s5 friend on this account which is bronze 1 and had like silver 3 or 4 mmr at the time. I just got off having a pentakill winning game on my main so I was in a good mood. We start off the game I am Gragas top and my buddy Ezreal mid and our jungle Jax. Both me and my buddy start off getting a couple kills in lane so I am feeling pretty good about us winning this game easily. Our jungle proceeded to make sure that didn't happen. I honestly don't even know what this player was thinking other than he either must deserve to be a much lower rank (hard seeing as we are already a low rank) or he is intentionally trying to make us lose. The guy went 4-18-5....... all he did was constantly try to gank at the beginning. Which... doesn't sound bad but when you take into account he was 2-3 levels behind everyone his ganks turned into free kills for the enemy. And he just did this over & over again. The game took a turn for the worst from all his feeding and it wasn't looking good. We somehow got an Ace and went to do baron.... and this mortha ucka didn't even try to help us. Couldn't get the player to farm jungle at all during the game... and then when we go to baron all he does is farm jungle. Suspicious isn't it? Anyways.... we got baron (barley) and ended up getting an inhib and a couple turrets. Sadly we overstayed and then had 1 last team fight the enemy team won and before your know it the game is over. It is pretty annoying having a win in the bag but having a player .... literally 1 player ruin the game and force you to lose because they either that much worse than everyone in the game or intentionally making the team lose. I reported the player but I guarantee nothing happens to them and their free to ruin more games either by being worse than everyone in game but it takes so long to derank in this game that it will take forever for him to get to bronze 4-5 where they belong or they just keep intent feeding until they feel like stopping.

So after that game we regroup and go again. I go top again and my buddy once again goes mid saying "well any jungle we get over that Jax will be an improvement". LMFAO.... in walks jungle Teemo and who was worse is honestly hard to tell. Unlike Jax... it felt like this teemo was legitimately trying they just had no idea wtf they were doing. He/she literally tried ganking top at level 1.... only to give free kill. Another time they ganked after I was dead from a gank at like lvl 3 while enemy laner was 6 and gave another kill. So I got super far behind in lane and also my buddy wasn't ahead either. Our bot lane fed their asses off as well so the game was a quick loss. Now the thing I don't get is this. I have watched a lot of salty teemo streams on Twitch lately. I am not here to bad talk to the players but what I noticed is a lot of those games are really evenly matched. Yes everyone is low bronze... but there playing the game and most the time it looks like they having fun because the games are so close. Well.... I hardly get even and fun games in silver. Which is why I hate this elo. In this 2nd game I am even technically supposed to be a higher elo than what my account says and my lanes end as follows: Me top 2-2-1, my buddy mid: 2-3-0, our jungle teemo - 0-10-4 with 26 cs (20 min game), our adc - 1-7-2 and support - 0-5-2. How for one second does an "evenly matched team/game" end up in such a stomp? And honestly it's like this all the time I just don't get it.

Hell... even on my main account where I got a pentakill my team was originally down 17-6..... luckily though I had non raging teammates who wanted to work together and we came back and won. This is why I was so mad having multiple accounts rank out of gold into bronze this season though. I know I can climb back to gold (although taking longer than I wanted since I took some time off) its just really annoying. I know I am not good enough to 1v9 carry every game so although it is something to work on I am not going to spend the effort or time to try and get that good at the game. So I know the climb is long and annoying as hell because teams will be uneven a good chunk of the time.

Is there anyway you can at least hit the mmr harder of accounts who feed super hard in games where they supposed to be same mmr as others? Even if this doesn't fix intent feeding or boosted players in higher elo it at least would make them drop ranks quicker and get their accounts to where they should be or want to be (if intent feeding) without ruining as many games on their slow fall down the ladder.

We all feed in our games from time to time... Its normal when facing better opponent.

This is the history of the jax player, my opinion is he is just totaly bad in jungle for his level while being quite good in adc. unfortunately you can't bind the rank and MMR to roles.

So, there's nothing to do :)

So you're going to punish people for being bad at the game...in a competitive game where being bad means you lose and then you drop rank.

You're an idiot.

Looking at your match history, you feed in half of your games. I don't think you should be talking about punishing people for feeding when you do it yourself.

That 9/15 Viktor game though...

I resonate with the sentiments here. I think you have to accept feeding is going to happen. I just wish some of the lower elos would change some very controllable habits. Things like grouping more often than splitting, not split pushing bot when baron is up, and warding and sweeping as a team. If just a few of you lower guys would get some good habits you would jump a few ranks.
