If you put a snare trap like

E between the champion that wants to cross the trap for example 
or 
even "fly" over the trap that counts as stepping in them, so why the heck does 
Q ignore that.

None of those champs you listed get "stopped" by snares. The stun just carries through at the end of their animation... are we playing the same game?
