Garen needs a buff.
Like the title says. His win rate diamond + is atrocious. His E is weak as water for the first 10 mins and his Q is no more than a love tap until he is itemized.

I mean, thats the Juggernaut class outside of Morde in a nutshell. So item reliant but get outscaled by mages and adcs even if they aren't full build. They powercreeped mage and adc powerspiking badly.

When garen is meta he is a problem, he needs no buffs, never needs it, and god forbid hes ever meta.
