Give Deadman's Plate the Sunfire Treatment

I realize they're not meeting the same needs but I'm surprised Riot is considering a Ranudin's buff before one for DMP. DMP is outclassed by it in this meta of strong crit. ADCs.

I linked my old thoughts on it but not much has changed. What do you guys think?

I think deadman`s giving mobility is what is what is causing the powerbudget to be taken up in that item.

The speed from that item is pretty drastic / notice-able.
