Passive bonus resistances, knock back, slow, 2 build in move speed abilities , mana regeneration, gap closer, range/melee, resistance shred, max health damage, attack speed steroid, long range poke, insane synergy with items and he is from Piltover. WHY HASN'T HE BEEN NERFED YET. The only thing that kept his power in check before was his mana and not that isn't a issue for him anymore. Give him a love tap at least.

That he is vulnerable to trading when his abilities are on cool down because he is going to happily stay near me when they are? This guy is one of the main reasons most tanks top suck right now expect for poppy and only because of her ability to stop his combo. His whole kit basically says you will never win a trade against him if you do somehow get near him to trade with him.

Oakleaf Ranger1 votesNeither did I. Mana USED to be an issue for him but because of the mana changes that occurred a while ago it stopped being an issue for him. Before tear used be core on him which delayed his damage spike but now it isn't and he can rush straight damage and destroy almost every top laner, especially if the other laner is melee only.

I'm not saying he can't go OOM but it isn't really an issue for him as long as he isn't just brain dead spamming abilities. It's enough mana that black clever or Maw can be rushed on him without having to worry about going OOM if managed correctly.

Even though he's been abusive for months, Riot haven't even mentioned any plans to balance him a little.
Outside the heavy full armor rune page tank picks, pretty much nothing can do well vs him in lane.
And the laning is going to be toxic which is worse. Just let him poke you from safety, and you can't all in him as well as he'll just push you away and run away etc etc. When he's whittled you down, he'll all in you with a huge combo.
Don't get it. If Teemo was as OP as he was currently, they'd have gutted Teemo already.

Then I saw the changes and knew that not only would he still be OP but even worse than before due to the item changes. I'm waiting on Riot to make good on their word since he is clearly not healthier after the assassin update.

Swap his ranged and melee form E abilities.
Now he can't poke you with EQ, run through the gate, swap to melee, Q and E you away before you can retaliate. Nor can he be in melee, slap you away, swap to ranged, gate, run away, and then empowered Q you.
