Dumb idea about Veigar and Ekko.

Ekko can't ult out of Veigar stuncage. Makes sense right? Time basically stops at the event horizon and light can't escape. Only makes sense to me, considering Ekko technically dashes back to his original spot and Veigar's stun is supposed to stop that kind of thing.

He's talking about Ekko using his ult to get out of the cage, not when he hit the cage.
