Why is Gragas the only jungler being looked at? Have you seen Sejuani, Cho gath and Maokai?

Before downvoting, please take a look at these stats. Why is Gragas receiving subsequent nerfs after his E was fixed? Out of the 3 dominant jungler Gragas has the most Balanced winrate out of them. The only difference is because Gragas is way too popular. He always had a high pickrate, I don't think he ever had a low pickrate.

Sejuani Jungle 53.48% Winrate 7.42% Playrate

Cho'Gath Jungle 52.29% Winrate 2.49% Playrate

Maokai Jungle 51.17% Winrate 4.14% Playrate

Gragas Jungle 50.16% Winrate 10.42% Playrate
