Riot would restore a lot of faith if they just reverted the Mordekaiser rework...

...then bumped him up on the priority list for getting a proper, Sion-level rework. The current rework is, in my opinion, not merely a balance nightmare, but atrocious design. Mordekaiser has absurd and stark strengths and weaknesses that lead to him either pubstomping (experience --> dragon ghost --> turrets --> gold edge and Q'ing people for infinite damage) or falling on his face (early-game fail --> kited into oblivion). I think the rework was supposed to make him a less binary champion, but it's done the opposite. I personally find this sort of thing very unrewarding since the entire game is warped around Mordekaiser and his ability to stomp the early levels.

All this is just to say, Riot, please admit you f---ed up, make it right, and stop giving CertainlyT the final say on champion designs. (Keep him in the building, though; he does have sweet ideas. In fact, the problem is kind of the number of sweet ideas he has.)
