Could the balance team rethink their entire philosophy?

Are there any champs in the game that need nerfs and could you try focusing on that instead of buffing champs that don't really need it in a game where the damage is already too high?

They used to have a philosophy, right now they have this dart board with champion pictures on it you know.

They choose someone to throw a dart (blindfolded of course) and the champion it lands on is getting changed on the outcome of the spinning wheel, which is located right next to the dartboard.

The spinning wheel is 80% buffs unfortunately and Kha'Zix is portrayed like 30 times on the dart board for some reason.
