Its the ghostblade build with cleaver which is now being built on mf allowing her to basically free win every match. Lucian was strong and decently fair with the season 6 adc item changes which was healthy but the ghostblade build was the problem and thats it. solution just make ghostblade melee only lmao

Youmuu's being melee only screws over Jhin, Miss Fortune (who coincidentally can also do the KR build to an extent, but just isn't as broken, which actually speaks a lot about Lucian.), Jayce, and Kindred, Twitch, not to mention all the people who benefit from the stats when they use abilities like Varus, Talon, and even Zed.
As much as I don't like to admit it because I did play him (but with the normal, ER-IE-Shiv build) Lucian had way too much in his kit in terms of base damage and did too much damage at all points in the game, all while doing it at a safe distance with high mobility. The build contributed and brought his overpowered-ness to light, but Lucian has always outclassed and out shined every other marksman, save for maybe Ezreal.

SOLOQSUPERHERO1 votesThe problem with Lucian is he did everything too well. The problem is with his kit, it doesn't matter what items he builds really.
He has so much safety, burst and sustained damage that it's very difficult to be fair to play against.
Narvuntien1 votesThe range on Lucians Q was way too high, he just wasn't letting you stand behind minions to farm. the nerf was needed.
MFs range is much shorter (even with the bounce) and she has nowhere near the mobility.
Jhin is a bit complicated while he can use deadly flourish to try to hit you behind minions there is more time to dodge it and it has a much longer cooldown. Also 0 mobility.
