There's a better, less detrimental way to reduce Zed's splitpushing

Reducing his attack speed sounds fine on paper. But the reason why his designer made his base attack speed so high in the first place is to avoid the "Talon Problem."
What is the Talon Problem? Well, sometimes when you're trying to eliminate a target at the fastest you possibly can, you end up not hitting Noxian Diplomacy (Talon's enhanced auto attack Q.) And you never realize it until you're already running away from the target you, by all means, should have killed.
If this nerf to Zed's attack speed goes through, what's pretty much going to end up happening is YES you reduce his annoying splitpushing, at the cost of often standing in place for 0.25 seconds to get your passive on your target, then shadow dash away, only for the mark to not kill the target as you were expecting, because you just couldn't attack fast enough and you actually might have needed to stand still for another 0.10 or 0.05 seconds longer to have gotten the kill you, by all means, should have had.
So what do I suggest?
It's actually simple.
W -> DELETE passive AD % increase. Increase projectile speed of shadow back to what it used to be. Edit: For people who enjoy being in close range of Zed but don't like taking damage as a result of it, I could suggest making his shadow's projectile speed scale with levels, so people can prance around him in lane and actually have to think about their opponent's range in late game.
Q -> INCREASE base damage and ratios.
E -> INCREASE base damage and ratios.
R -> INCREASE the Total AD ratio, OR give it up-front damage upon landing. (Another option here to make him riskier and reduce his safety in exchange of having more sticking power is to change his ult to the way it used to be: leaving a shadow behind Zed's target instead of himself)
It may be easy to think this would make him OP, but that W passive amounts for a HUGE amount of his hidden power. Trust me, even with these changes through, the worst you'll complain about is taking slightly extra Q damage early (assuming you're not dodging most of them.) Removal of his W passive will do wonders in reducing his split pushing power, while keeping his attack speed the way it currently is and increasing his base damage and ratios will keep his primary role intact.
Sure you might think having 700 AD at 50 minutes is fun. But, do you want to have 700 AD with attack speed so slow that you miss your passive after shadow dashing away from a target you were supposed to be perfectly able to kill? I believe this is an unintended side-effect of what Riot is trying to do - reduce his split pushing and tower taking power. I believe my idea will do wonders in helping in that direction, as well as avoiding the extremely annoying Talon Problem.
