Suggestion - Can we have a jungle ping?

Thanks greatly for the enemy vision ping. But it would really help those of us who support and/or shotcall if we could have a jungle ping. A nice green dot to plunk on the map (maybe a picture of a palm tree in a circle) would help us in tracking the jungler and helping our teammates avoid ganks. The careful and MIA pings just don't seem to cover the need to track that enemy who moves through the jungle.
