He isn't sonic the hedgehode. His crit is enough for him, he shouldn't get a free 
as well. On top of ffw and all the other movement speed buffs. Adc aren't supposed to run away so easily. I have had 485 ms on yasuo before with dragon buffs and I still can't catch up to fucking adc.
