I remember reading awhile back that Warwick, will be kept fairly simplistic because he is considered a "learning champion" like most 450 are, his kit is also considered fairly toxic do to his ult/lifesteal.

Well what about Annie? She is a "learning champ" and imo, the most oppressive champion in the game right now, she is one of the few mages who can be 0-8 with 130 farm at minute 30 and still 2 shot melee assassins in an insanely long stun.

Doesn't it seem like a champion is in a bad state when 95% of assassins in the game would look at an annie with 50% hp solo mid and think "_ehhhhhhh _"

her q does entirely too much damage for being a locked on ability, it does more damage than majority of skillshots! That by itself seems like just an awful design.

Tibbers is one of the few ults in the game that is just good in every situation imaginable, 1v1? tibbers. 1v2? tibbers. 5v5? tibbers. Massive aoe damage and stun, such an easy ability to use, no cast time. cd isnt too bad either. its up every fight.

I can't imagine im the only one who absolutely despises her in games, on my team or not.

Q damage needs to go WAY down along with summon tibbers, 500 damage aoe stun even when behind is just ridiculous.

I like her as is for keeping mobility champs in check somewhat.

thats fine, her stun isnt what i take a massive problem with, its that she can do so much damage while casting it, then immediately during it. R stun Q you are dead. in under a second.

I take a problem with any champion who can be 0-10 hit a massive powerspike after an item or 2, and then 1v1 someone who has outplayed them every step of the way, by pressing 2 buttons.

i disagree on the second q in most situations unless she is massively behind.

either way, she can use every ability she has and ignite you in that stun.

i think its just unfun to play against, you die in a stun baked into her kit, her stun is unavoidable since she can proc it with her q even.

at least syndra has to hit her stun. not click "q"

annie is more oppressive than riven imo.

Q damage is far too high and should be toned down or her ult damage on cast.

that gives annie outplay potential however, as melee there is really no outplay potential outside of yi getting off a godly alpha strike.

even then you gotta deal with updated tibbers, who smackdizzles you for 150 hp a hit.

what champions ult is not up every team fight? technically her ult does have a cast time, its just super short but its possible to flash away. she is not the only champion with CC and she can be counter picked she lacks mobility and is squishy herself.

She's not that squishy at all honestly. Most Annie players build some combination of AP, HP, and penetration. In addition, she has a shield that gives her %damage reduction on a relatively short cooldown. This allows her to build damage and HP, with little to no resistances, yet still be difficult to kill. Late game, she can get up to 40% damage reduction on a 10 second cooldown. Most tanks don't even have that level of innate mitigation.

1 she isnt that squishy build helps with that she also has her resistance buff.

i said nothing about her ult being up every fight, i said its universally good in every situation.

forgive me this post is like 5 days old, idk why people are looking at it now all of a sudden.

i thought you were referring to a different part, but thats also not true however, she can ult in a team fight and at 40% cdr at 18 her ult is up again in 40 seconds. not a very long wait considering the powerhouse it is.

even at lower stages its an awfully short cd.

Or do you think you need to do the damages to beat her?

Just because annie isn't easy to assassinate, doesn't meant she's oppressive, you're just an idiot for picking a melee into someone that wants you to get in her face, and drop tibbers right onto your face.

morde is so irrelevant to this conversation, morde is the ultimate feast or famine champion.

no kills and heckle him while farming and he is nothing late game.

annie is good universally.

I agree. You can either deal with Annie or you can't, there's no in between with her. Unless you outrange her, you're most likely going to get dumped on and your feelings hurt. She's an extremely un-interactive champ. For most champions, the only option for dealing with Annie is just to never engage. She has an archaic playstyle that the rest of the champion roster no longer shares (except arguably Mordekaiser, who is much easier to deal with).

I'm not just referring to the laning phase either. Annie is strong on every game mode, every map, and at all stages of the game.

Personally, I think her durability should be toned down a bit. If you can't burst her, you're most likely going to die to her, or her team, after she stuns or ults you. Annie mains are just the worst to play against in general. It never feels like there's any point in which you can actually fight her and win.
