I agree her Rappel nerf is kinda stupid and doesn't solve anything.

I don't agree with her not needing nerfs.

Pick/Ban in Korea, always top tier in pro play (and this is worlds patch), oppressive early game pressure with her level 3 dives (if she's good, you might as well not have a tower, if she's not you still constantly worry and play around a dive.), basically shits on every other jungler.

Hmmm. Sounds like there's fundamental issues with her kit that number changes won't actually help unless you really dumpster the champion and make it unfun. In other words she might benefit from a rework!

Nah, she was actually fine before item 1402

More like everything that happens to the game benefits Elise.

+Haunting guise gold reduction +Protobelt +more CDR items +More Mana Regen +Making every jungler in the preseason 7 jungle unviable but her and selective few others +Nerfs to other junglers +New Banshee's giving AP (even tho she doesn't use it much, + more options) +The meta favoring end before 20 +Her base MR getting increased like other champions during that "MR stat pass" +Spell queueing update

Like literally everything that happens around her either harms other junglers more then her, or indirectly buffs elise. Mages are also in a weird spot that keep getting their items buffed and the mages themselves nerfed and Elise thrives on that itemization unlike other AP jgs that either have no mobility, or need a specific core item that very few mid lane actually build or get bullied out by elise herself.

I'd say she's in a strong point. Too strong? Maybe not, could use a small tone down (pref a W nerf to make her AoE on raptors less beneficial and its most of her flat burst damage so she doesn't one shot combo). She toned down a little because tanks like sej, ww, and mao make Elise fall off very hard and kassadin is in the meta which says a lot on its own, but she could use a little more and they could use a lot more.

If you took away all of those things Elise would still have her own stuff and she would still be an early game nightmare. Elise has and will always be an balance issue because whenever the meta shifts she becomes really great because of her kit. Then Riot goes on to "balance" her by nerfing, readjusting or changing her numbers. People joke about Ryze getting a ton of reworks but if you look at Elise's patch history, holy shit.

That list you made really shows that you change anything and suddenly Elise becomes god tier because that's just how her kit is.
