An idea for when Riot gets to the ADC rework

I have an interesting idea for ADC itemization when riot gets to them.

Step 1. Remove mana costs from some of the ADC's skills. Step 2. Add Ammo costs to some of the activated gun/arrow related abilities of ADCs. Some skills will just be mana, some just ammo, and some both. For example Ezreal might still be all mana but Graves's Q and Ult might cost Ammo instead of mana. Step 3. Add or change AD based items that you want ADCs to get to include either a larger store of ammo, an increased ammo regen rate, CDR, or maybe all 3. Then add a few passives that play around with using of ammo or modifying it. Step 4. Ammo regen yellows, blues, or quints?

Here's how it works in a nut shell:

Riot now part of the problem with bruiser items is that if it's good enough, an ADC might get it as well. Let's assume that item 3508 was actually intended for fighters with mana problems. However riot got scared if the mana recovery or heal were too good ADCs would abuse the crap out of it, so they nerfed it before they even put it on PBE just to make sure ADCs didn't abuse it. Well they aren't abusing it now but a lot of other champs are ignoring it too. So what riot could do is make one version of the item for bruisers and a second one for adcs and change the passive so it grants 1 ammo or whatever on hit. Or let's say riot wants static shiv to be an ADC item only. Okay, make its passive work when someone uses an ammo skill instead of an AA and call it the Static Shot.

So adding ammo would do 2 things. The first as mentioned is encourages some ADCs not to get items that may have been meant for bruisers as they now need ammo. So that means fewer ADCs would be using those potential bruiser items. The second thing this would do is allow more item variation between ADCs. If champ is more of a caster that needs Ammo, they might drop IE for something that gives ammo regen and cdr so they can get more shots off. In fact, ammo could be used to help distinguish an ADC caster from a normal AA based ADC in many cases. It can also be used to make an ADC's skills feel more appropriate for the champ. For example Jinx's Fishbones no longer uses mana every AA, it uses ammo because rockets as ammo makes more sense for her than use mana, shoot rocket.
