Because everything is going downhill right now and you probably know it by now. The consequences are gonna be horrendous for the game if you manage to keep this horrible game state until the start of S8, so don't make the same errors that you made since S7 midseason: make rapid changes and don't wait for a miracle to save the situation, or else everything will get worse...again

Yea all the "strong" things he touched on had nothing to do with ADC's. Might as well "watch" the other runes that appear too strong. Tune them down some, because we don't want anyone competing with the ADC's. Have to keep them on top as usual.

Yeah then they need to implement a patch that suspends those players accounts who think they know everything after a couple days of a new patch. That would be the best patch ever. Those being suspended would be the same players that whine and bitch every pre season because they actually have to relearn a new system. OMG it's the end of the world.

its just 1 example. i can call twitch op and the surprise i maul you to death in 0,0000001 seconds bush bush kitty cat called rengar..... basically assassins, marksmen and tanks were buffed again, ofcourse ap got nerfed again....
