Can we talk about Promos matchmaking?

In my last game of my Silver 1 promos, I got a

First timer top laner Sion
38% winrate Ryze mid who was super tilted because he took the wrong runes
ADC who's just come out of their placements; 0% winrate on their champ
Gold 5 Brand supp who duo's with ADC but saw I was in promos and fed 0/7 in laning phase

Where's the balance?

Matchmaking cant account for player mistakes or things that might happen (or a player deciding to be a douche), therefore invalidating points 1, 2, and 4.

The third is debateable, but is kind of the only matchmaking arguement you have that can hold weight.
