Ban or insta-demote these players already

Useless selfish afk farm for 20+ min straight junglers who would just as soon ensure their teammates die if it got them an extra jg camp rather than save teammate and win the game. I don't like them on my team, and I don't like winning games BECAUSE the ENEMY team has one on their team.

Just finished a game of toplane darius. I was vs ignite shaco and an eve who spend 3 of the first 6 min babysitting for shaco. Then keeps regularly ganking top and spoon feeding him advantages. You're going to die if you stay for that farm shaco? Let me save you and force darius to back off. Darius escaped alive shaco? Let me flash under tower and interrupt his back... not even kill him, just stop his back and force him to miss more xp and cs.

I ask for 1 gank. 1 counter-gank vs an ignite toplaner and a camping jungler. In 20 min, kha is top at least 7 times when he had easy counter-gank onto the lane and has the hp and mana to do so. But instead of helping his team, my jg just goes... oh, I see gromp is up. Or let me steal eve's krugs and die for doing so. I'm no jungle main, but even I can do 10x better at helping my team and building advantages for TEAM than this trash kha did.

I'd forgive him... if he helped team anywhere else on map. But there too, he'd rather afk farm jg or only go to their lanes if he can ks a 100% sure kill and generally after his teammates just died so he can take all their farm too.

But it gets worse. I have even kda and a cs lead - which means it is 100% logical to counter-gank for me when eve is camping me. It makes 100% sense to gank for a midlane and botlane that are going even aside from when eve leaves me in peace for 1.5 min to gank them and clear her bot jg. But our kha does none of this. And still STILL he is behind in cs to eve. Eve spend 50% of her time in first 20 min ganking people and putting our laners behind or preventing us snowballing a lead. Kha spends 1.5 min of ks and stealing laner's cs and he's behind in cs AND 2 levels down.

I end game with 8/7/8 kda. After being camped insanely hard and vs an ignite toplaner. Oh... and I was the sole frontline for my team too. My lane opponent who had essentially a 2v1 lane with ignite advantage? 4/8/2 and 60 cs down to me. Our jg? 6/6/2 and up 30 cs because he kept afk farming - we'll get to that to cap this off - while eve kept helping her TEAM. Enemy jg? 14/4/3 kda. This game was definitely not a case of better jg wins; I honestly feel bad for eve because she deserved win so much and my selfish jg deserved to lose far more than anyone else in that entire match - even my cowardly opponent toplaner.

So let me premise this last part by saying that we had poor vision control in even our own jg and were bleeding towers and getting picked off left and right. But the other 2 lanes and I worked together to somehow punish enemy overstaying, get 3 picks and secure a baron. We then set up 4-1 with me bot and rest mid to protect open inhib and use baron. I HAD to split due to shaco splitpush or he'd end the game. But I had tp ready to help team if they got 5 manned. Well that's exactly what happened. Shaco disappeared from bot so I was watching for the sec he showed himself mid. My team nearly had it's 2 carries nuked before I got there, but they survived around 40% hp and thanks to my tp and our sup, we bought them breathing room to reset for 2nd half of fight. As I was tp'ing to save team, kha saw a giant wave top... nowhere near our base to threaten it. He LEFT team in the middle of a teamfight at FULL HP and mana to go farm the wave top. Leaving team 3v5 (until my tp finished) in a game-deciding teamfight.... to farm minions. That is the shit that pisses me off. There's no excuse for THAT kind of selfish stupidity and play in the game - especially in RANKED. One time... you can write off as a mistake or being unaware. But 35 min of that kind of play... with a fight that will ensure one team or the other wins based off who wins that fight and you leave a fight right in front of you at full hp, mana to afk farm minions? That's crap. Nobody deserves someone that selfish on their team. Nobody deserves to lose to someone that crappy while said player climbs the ranks because their opponent's TEAMMATES were good enough to 4v5 win a teamfight from behind and end the game.

I don't think my team understood why I was so mad at kha in laning phase and why I got after him for afk farming, but I think that last fight makes it pretty clear just why I don't tolerate that behavior silently. We shouldn't have to either win a 4v6 game essentially or lose a 4v6 game because one player is completely self-absorbed to the point they care more about their stats than about their teammates lives or winning the game. Just ban these people please.
