Can Dark Harvest get a map specific nerf for ARAM?

Because Braum should not be doing shit tons of damage just for taking a Keystone even if he then proceeds to build nothing but tank items.

So far my favorite is Tryndamere.

Build full Crit. Stack up your passive. Snowball in with DH -> AA -> E out.

Rinse and repeat. Later you start oneshotting with a single auto then you just spin out or continue the carnage.

Dark Harvest got nerfed in 7.24 to give 5 soul essence from champs instead of 6. Although that helped a little, the rune is still incredibly strong and arguably deserves further nerfs.

I can still reach 300+ stacks at 15min. It's ridiculous on tanks.

Triumph should be nerfed / remove too imo, it makes some "tanks" (Trundle I know he isn't one, shut up Maokai Ornn Zac ) purely unkillable
